Seriously! I need a good source of beef so I can get the heart, marrow and suet :) My local store only has the popular cuts, ground and liver. Although the other day I saw they have tongue now for like $8.50/lb. That, unfortunately, is over my budget :( If you try the skewers I would love to hear how they turn out. Your frittata looks delicious btw!

Weird! I replied to this comment but I don’t see it here!!!!! NOT COOL!! :( I recommended North Star Bison for BEEF HEARTS – they’re like $4.99 a pound and their shipping prices are SUPER reasonable and if you order over X weight, it’s free shipping!!! All of their products are grass-fed/finished too!! :)

I can’t wait to make your waffles! I got a waffle iron for Christmas and now my girls know Sundays as “Waffle Sundays”. Yours will be next :) Happy Valentine’s Day to you as well!
