These little puppies are bite size balls of goodness. They’re chewy and garlicky and taste cheesy without the cheese. I would recommend that you double the batch. Also, if you give them a try, please leave a comment letting me know what you think
Paleo Garlic Mini Rolls
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium sauce pan, combine the coconut oil, water and salt and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the garlic and then the tapioca flour. Combine well and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Next add in the eggs, combining well and then the coconut flour. Knead the dough until it comes together nicely. Pull off approximately 1 inch size pieces and roll into a ball. Place onto 2 parchment lined baking sheets. Bake for about 35 minutes.
